For our 600 studio, we were tasked with designing a small cafe to be placed on TAMU’s campus, adjacent to one of the Langford Complex buildings. For this studio, which was only two weeks, we were only allowed to create hand drawn drawings. While this studio would be the only time I would ever do architecture drawings by hand, it is at least novel enough to include as part of my overall design work. Simple requirements as far as program were included, including ADA requirements, seating, and things of that nature, but as the studio was so sort, the actual building design is very simple and schematic.
